H & K Entreprenad is a rapidly growing roofing, facade, and bathroom company focused on high-quality renovations for private customers. The company primarily operates in Stockholm but also works in Uppsala and Västerås.
The company is part of a stable and expanding group with a turnover of over 200 million SEK by 2025. H & K Entreprenad is expected to generate approximately 70 million SEK in revenue in 2025, with a clear ambition to reach 100 million SEK by 2026.
About the Position
As the company continues to grow, H & K Entreprenad is now looking for more appointment setters to strengthen the sales team. The team currently consists of eight people, and the goal is to expand to a total of sixteen employees.
As an appointment setter, you will work with B2C sales in roofing, facades, and a new business area, bathrooms. The work begins with cold calling via phone. Over time, warmer leads will also come in, such as winback customers and leads generated through external events.
Your main responsibility is to book qualified meetings for the company's salespeople, with an expected goal of about two booked meetings per day.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least one year of experience in B2C sales
- Is accustomed to working with the phone as the primary tool
- Is driven, goal-oriented, and structured
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals
- Wants to develop long-term in sales

Additional Information
The position is full-time with working hours from 09:00 to 18:00. You will be based at H & K Entreprenad's office in attractive premises in Östermalm. The company offers a fixed monthly salary as well as commission per booked meeting, with additional compensation when booked meetings lead to business.
